Student Awards

To emphasize the importance of graduate students attending and participating in scientific meetings, the PULSe Program will hold a Travel Award Competition twice per academic year (both fall and spring semesters) for students presenting at professional meetings. The fall semester deadline is October 15 and the spring semester deadline is April 15.

PULSe Student Travel Award Allocations:
Fall Deadline: October 15
Spring Deadline: April 15

Awards will range from $150 to $500. $2500 is the maximum amount that will be allocated in the fall and again the spring. Award allocations will be based on the estimated need stated on the travel form, level of participation in the professional event, travel distance, and contributions to the PULSe Program.
